Firehouse Subs Fairburn

My meatballs were dry and the extra sauce was too thick and the pickle was under the hot sandwich…..now I have a hot pickle Going to try one more time

The young lady light skin and short that took my order had a attitude no customer serviceat all. That's why I gave a 3 star for service. This was on Tuesday March 19 around 6:45pm.

2/17,: Sandwich was cold and no tomato.

Went here to get dinner and when you’re walking in it wreaks of pot. Then we walk inside & one of the employees ask if we have a to-go order, when we say no they told us it would be 25mins JUST TO PLACE AN ORDER. We asked why & they said they were that backed up. Which makes zero sense when you have 6 employees behind the counter standing there leaning against it. Absolutely ridiculous, great business ethics.

Love this location, the sandwiches are always good. My Hooks and ladder looks and taste good. My hubby's brisket is delicious. Could have been a little more meat but taste is on point. I will continue to support this location and recommend you do to.

Years ago when I first heard of firehouse subs, I was intrigued by their ad that if it's not the very best sub you've ever had, they will buy it. I tried it, but a friend paid for the lunch. I was not impressed even a little. Ok so I grew up near Boston. If you've had food in the Boston area, you know fully how much better literally everything food related is incredibly good and very very difficult to match. So far I've never ever had a sub as good as any sub back home. Well now firehouse has a chicken meatball sub. I haven't eaten red meat or pork in well over a decade so once again I was very intrigued. Yes it was good. But not good enough to have again and once again, it was very much overpriced. My wife was also not excited about her sub. Sadly we won't ever go back. $20 was way too much money for those kinds small subs. Sorry firehouse, you still haven't made the best sub I've ever had. Edited addition to the review. An hour after we finished the subs, my wife and I both complained how sick we began to feel. Now I'm going to just delete the app. Good grief they're such a waste of money.

I ordered a takeout but they had me waiting 30 mind with my food placed in Online Pickup. I was wondering why the workers were staring at me knowing i was waiting for my name to be called. Worst part is when I called to speak with a manager, she just brushed me off saying that she gave me my food and no other response. Escalating to corporate office. Do and train better.

This among the other house subs are off the ⛓️ keep up the great work next month will b my birthday hopefully I can get a good deal on two roasted turkey subs on wheat
