Firehouse Subs Dania Pointe

Had offer for mobile order only, they told me the app is broken but there’s nothing they can do to help or accommodate after driving all the way here. Wouldn’t recommend coming due to unfriendly and unhelpful staff.

We walked in to order food about 10-15 mins before closing time, but never ended up ordering due to the rudness of the workers. They seemed absolutely baffled that we walked in with the intent to order at anytime remotely close to their closing time. We tried to order but we were informed that we couldn't have most of the condiments... or meats.... or any of the soups really... After an exceeding long and awkward interaction trying to order we just left. The workers were relived to not have to work so close to closing time, we are glad we could save them the hassle of having to do their job.

I have been a fairly regular customer of Firehouse for many years. Because of the lousy sandwich I got today at this Dania Beach location, which I have patronized since it opened with ranging from very good to very mediocre food. Today I order a Brisket Cheddar "fully involved" which was "extra" ... okay whatever. It's a good thing I did order it with "extras" because there was hardly any meat on it! It was terrible. There are a lot of choices for sandwiches. Between Dickies and the others in the Dania Point and Shenanigans that also offers a great smoked brisket, there's no reason for me to ever be disappointed and ripped off like I was today at Firehouse. So I will NEVER go there again. Parking: The only thing good about this Firehouse location!

We were looking for a subway and came here instead Friendly staff and our sandwiches were great!!

I paid extra for cheddar cheese instead of provolone and didn't get it. It happens every time. Sandwich is cold, been there awhile even though I picked up at the time I requested. Mayo squirting out everywhere. I give up, won't be back.

I had lunch first time in this location, it was very clean and the 2 girls working were very sharp. Been eating the meatball sandwich for years and tried tuna for the first ,was surprised it was excellent. Very nice store.

Steamer was delicious even though there was more filler meat in it than pastrami. The best deal here is the food grade $3 red bucket with lid. My garage was smelling like kosher pickles for 3 weeks but smell is gone now and the bucket is perfect.
