I came here with a friend and she paid for me food while I waited to order after her to place a to-go order to take home to my boyfriend and after he finally turned around to take my order, he told me I had cut in the line and the guy behind me was first, when I had been waiting behind my friend the whole time. Terrible customer service evertime I visit, I only come back for the food

This store moves very slow if you want to eat 5 hours later this is the place to come they don’t tell you your order ready also the food isn’t that good in the short black lady at the counter has a bad attitude

Store wasn’t busy . Took 45 minutes to get 3 sandwiches made . When you ask how much longer is it going to take , staff is rude and starts complaining that you asked a question . Tried to get a refund so they didn’t have to make the sandwiches and the cashier rolled her eyes and refused . Definitely will not come back . This place is ridiculous

Came with friends and the cashier said she couldn't take any orders in the next 15-20 minutes because they were so short-staffed, so we had to leave. Owner, please staff your restaurant better!

Waited 37 minutes for my sub. I left feedback on the receipt review and never heard back. I love Fire House, but not this location.

Something has happened recently and now I regularly have to wait 30-40 minutes for my order to be ready. Such a shame, this used to be somewhere quick. Budget about 30-40 minutes of waiting if you plan to order from here.

0 customer service for pickup orders. There's a sign by the pickup area that states the chips are in my bag and not to grab them but no chips were given to me.

Night shift puts phone on do not disturb! They need to do there job it’s what there payed for!
