Firehouse Subs Brook Highland

This location was a disappointment. After 30 minutes, wait, they got our order wrong. The young lady taking the order did not know what she was doing. Why would they put that poor girl on lunch rush .

My husband and I regularly visit this location and never have complaints. We went last night and one of the employees was just super nice. Service was fast and accurate.

Drink machine at 11:30 not cleaned had splash if all different drink on white cove of machine no paper towel and soap in restroom toilet and sink no cleaned. Told staff and was in no hurry to take care of immediate attention. Alway come here.

I am a loyal customer of the consistently clean and well-run Firehouse Subs in Nashville. Given my positive experiences there, I expected the same quality when I visited the Birmingham location during a recent trip. Unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed. Upon entering, I noticed a disorganized space and flies buzzed overhead. I ordered three of my go-to sandwiches but all arrived with incorrect toppings and one was barely toasted. It was as if no care was taken in their preparation. Making matters worse, the staff was rude and short with me, despite me being polite the entire way through. The discrepancies between this franchise and my local Nashville restaurant are unbelievable considering it is the same brand. The Nashville Firehouse has never served me subpar sandwiches or a dining experience like this, with rude staff on top of it. As a faithful customer, I know they can do better. I hope the management, cleanliness, and staff courtesy issues here get resolved quickly. Until then, I’ll be enjoying the location I know back in Nashville, where flies, poorly made sandwiches, and rude employees are never an issue.

The young gentleman's that were working food counter did not acknowledge me when I came to counter. They were casually talking and for 3 minutes and I had to interrupt their conversation to get help.. They were u knowledgeable of the register and confused. They were slow at preparing order. One customer has been here 15 minutes and it's barely any customers. Drinks on counter and employees drinks and proceeds to prepare good. Manager was nowhere around. Two black kids one with red dreads and one with brown dreads.two caucasian kids one tall one short..11/03 evening shift

sooooooooooo slowww… stood at the register for about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Took over 15 minutes to get my sub to ben we were the only people ordering in the store.. staff not friendly at all :(
