Firehouse Subs Brandon

Walked in and already the manager had Terrible customer service overly aggressive with the employees. Had an attitude and yelled at the employees about how she was going to write everyone “ employees up “ which I feel like the employees shouldn’t have been yelled at like that. I can clearly tell already the employees deal with a lot when she’s the manager on shift. I can tell this place is a hostile environment to work at. Would not want my teenager or niece to work at this location. Overall the sandwich was okay. Also would like to add that when the manager wants to work on the line to wear a hair net cause her hair could end up and everyone’s food.

Disappointed! We spent $35 for two subs and the food was absolutely horrible! The quality of the food and customer service is mediocre. Definitely don’t recommend coming. A waste of time!

Awesome people work here! I was having trouble with a promo through their app. I sat in the parking lot for 20 mins trying to work the issue out myself, but still no bueno. So I decided to go inside and ask for assistance. I really expected them to tell me they know nothing about the app, etc, but was pleasantly surprised that the store manager came over and Said they were aware of the issue and he said he couldn't fix it in the app, but would refund me the price of the free sandwich if I went ahead and paid for it on the app. It is so disappointing when you can't get these offers to work and it was really refreshing to see someone actually care and help you. I will be making this Firehouse my permanent place to get subs!

Called in a order at 1:05pm, got there at 1:20pm food wasn't ready. Had to wait 10-15 minutes for my food. Very unprofessional and unacceptable. I used to work at this location in 2010. As a former employee I'm disappointed and upset. DO BETTER!

Smoke from the kitchen was unpleasant to breath in. 22 min wait time for 1 medium sandwich with 1 other person in the store. Food was fine as it should have tasted.

Came in at 820pm and the place was cleaned food is good but the atmosphere was somewhat upsetting because at 820 the restaurant had 2 girls already turning the seats over for us not to seat. This was really disconsidered. Also there is issues with their credit card system having to try the payment 2 to 3 times. We where forced to take out in a passive agresive way.

I am not someone who gets sandwiches made outside the home but firehouse subs are delicious. It also doesn't hurt that the profits go to supporting firefighters! I 100% recommend. The best subs in our houses opinion are the hook & latter, the Italian and the meatball pepperoni. Also if you download the app they always have deals.

Never a bad meal.

The only bad thing was that Saturday passed and I went to eat instead, it was 5:30 and they didn't let me eat inside the place, all the chairs were on top of the table.
