Firehouse Subs

Normal great experience, calming atmosphere, ofcourse great subs!!! Parking: Not alot of parking but adequate, no issues.

This was my first visit to this location and it was pretty disappointing. I called in my order at 6:37 pm and was told "10 minutes". I arrived at 6:50 pm, paid, got my drink and took a seat. One of the employees was walking around behind the counter eating, which is definitely not okay (I've worked in restaurants for 16 years. I know what goes on, but your customers shouldn't see it in the preparation area ). About 12 minutes later, I realized that I was the only customer left in the building and the staff had all left the preparation line. Nobody ever called my name for my order or checked on me to see why they had a customer with nothing but a drink. I had to go find someone, and I mentioned I had been waiting about 25 minutes on a "10 minute" order, and I didn't even get an apology. My bag had just been sitting behind the counter to get cold. And to top it all off, one of the meatballs in my sub was burnt black and completely inedible! Who looked at that and thought that was okay?!

First time going & we promise to be back! The staff is outstanding and the food was to die for !!!!!! WE WILL BE BACK

My favorite sandwich shop anywhere. But this store is especially great due to the great crews who are always so friendly and nice. Try the Hook and Ladder it’s awesome!

I’m giving all 5’s across the board!!! This place is better than any other sub shop and they give back to there Fireman ❤️ Everytime I come here I’m always greeted and the staff are VERY Friendly. I felt comfortable walking in. Also the FOOD WAS FAST and HOT !

The BEST experience I’ve had in a fast food restaurant this far. Quick, friendly, and delicious all in one. My husband keeps begging me to come back and I for sure will! Can’t wait to visit again!

The staff is always so friendly! Clean place and great food! Like to sit down enjoy my meal and watch sports on my lunch break!!
