The manager name Jessica is so rude she took my personal information out of the work computer looked me up on Facebook threaten my child took a screenshot of my child and sent it to me calling her all kinda of names every time I call up there she answers and she blocked my number today so I can no longer call off of my cell phone she also called me blocked after I called up there to speak with a manager she is very rude and disrespectful and I need the owner to reach out to me because I’m on the edge of falling a lawsuit if I can’t speak with management because it’s always somebody higher up then her and she should not be a reflection of firehouse and I have been coming there for years I will not stop until somebody holds her accountable this happened the end of 2023 and today 01/23/2024

Nice place to good customer service

I WENT TO FIREHOUSE ON THURSDAY JAN 11 ,AROUND 730 AND I DIDN'T CARE FOR MY FOOD AS LONG AS I WAITED THEE FRIES WHERE HARD TENDERS WHERE DRY , AND THEE WING DINGS HAD THEE HALF PART OF THEE CHICKEN INSTEAD OF THEE DRUMSTICK PARTS PIECES UGHHHHH

I usually get just my sandwich (no fries or pop.) This time I got the fries and pop; let me tell y'all something...when I get fries that implies that I want some fries I can eat, not no fries that's been sitting all day that you tried to warm over that wind up being as hard as pieces of wood, all burnt up and dark brown rather than light to golden brown! I'm gonna let it slide this time, but if I get fries from here again, I'm gonna check 'em, and if I get fries like that again, you're gonna hear about it right then and there, and I'm not gonna be civil about it! We pay good money when we support your business; the least you can do is sell us a decent product!
