Firehouse No. 37

We 4 people all repeated order many times because the waitress insisted not to understand us. And then she said that we have a very heavy accent that she can not understand us and where are we from! I'm living in this country for so long, nobody ever said that to me and my friends. Then, our orders didn't come for soo long. Our drinks didn't come either. When our meals came 40-50 mins waiting, half of the order was missing. And also our drinks didn't come yet. We asked 3 times for our drinks. When i asked for the rest of the meal which were kid's food, she said she forgot to order them. Kids were starving and crying after 50 mins waiting. This is a horrible experience! I think she did all these things purposely! I would never recommend this place!

Food and service was good. Apparently there is a kids play room. Very noisy.

Favorite spot in San Ramon. Great food. The clam chowder is absolutely fantastic! It can get super loud though, specily is there are any kiddy events in one of the event rooms. Plenty of TV to watch games, although the one I was looking at kept losing signals.

Love the burger and pizza.

Food was great. Service solid. A lot of tvs. Would be a great sports bar!
