Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

This was my husband and I's first time at Firebirds and I can't convey how incredible it was! The food, the atmosphere, the waiters. All 5 stars! I wish I could give them 10 stars! Great place to dine but the customer service takes it over the top. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Let me start by saying I was surprised at how much I enjoyed Firebirds. I am not usually impressed with chain restaurants. I tend to avoid them. But, I was with friends and had deferred to them since I was asked to go along. We started with a the Lobster Spinach Queso dip. Wow. It was really good. Then, I ordered the Smokehouse Burger with slaw. Let me talk about that for a minute. I don't eat a lot of burgers. So, I was trying to play it safe. If I had ordered after I tried the Lobster Spinach Queso, I would have go out on a limb. The burger was delicious. It was perfectly cooked, very juicy. It was executed with just the right amount of flavor combinations for the perfect profile of taste. Not too much of anything. The bun was a great compliment of flavor. And, slaw is also one of those hit or miss items because there are so many interpretations. This one was right on the money. Oh, I can't forget my salad. It was a simple but very tasty salad. All of the elements complimented one another. This place understands flavor profile and balance. I sampled some of the other dishes here in the pics. I have to say, I was taken by surprise in the best of ways. Give this place a shot. I want to give a 4.5. Google doesn't allow for that type of qualifiable distinction. .

This was our first time here and it was fantastic! The honey garlic grilled chicken I had was so delicious! Service was excellent as well as the atmosphere!

Nice variety in menu items and reasonably priced. BLT salad still rocks after so many years.

Great place for lunch....service was wonderful!! Will definitely go again for lunch.

Pros: Firebirds has good food options (fish, chicken, steak, sandwiches, salads) and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. There is a full service bar. Service is generally pretty good inside. Cons: portions have decreased in size notably while prices have risen; their curbside service staff sometimes doesn't answer the phone when you arrive, thus defeating purpose of curbside; can be extremely crowded on weekends and holidays with 45 minute waits. Restrooms would benefit from renevations and more frequent cleaning. Basically, most cons are due to understaffing and "corporate" price gouging.
