Fire + Smoke

We were very excited to celebrate our daughters birthday with out of town guests (party of 5)at Fire & Smoke. Unfortunately we never got to eat. It took 20 minutes to get three drinks, one was incorrect and needed to be remade. It took another 20 minutes to get the two Manhattans and the corrected gin martini to toast the birthday girl. Then we were informed their was no pasta and 3 in the party were planning to order pasta dishes. After being there for an hour, and only had one round of drinks (for $80) it was clear this birthday celebration needed to change venues. We left and went to Flemings.

My husband and I had a wonderful date night here. The staff is so welcoming and hospitable. The atmosphere is modern and sexy. We loved the downtempo housy lounge music that was playing - and even the other music selections… just wish they were a little louder. Don’t be afraid to own it ;) Being from Chicago we have always been a little spoiled with restaurants. A couple of the side dishes were a little on the salty side, but TBH we’ve found that with all of the nice restaurants in Knoxville so it’s not a deterrent. Mandy was our server and she was amazing. Overall we’re so grateful to have this new spot down in our neck of the woods. Great job, Fire + Smoke!!

Best Fine dining in Knoxville hands down!

Wow. Top two best apps I've ever had out of 5! Amazing NY Strip. Please give this place a try. You will not be dissappointed.

I rate this place 5 stars. We walked in and was kindly greeted. We only ordered water and weren’t made to feel guilty. We chose to order the bread, which is pictures. It gave you a few options of bread(made in house) with some home made butters. very delicious, and was impressed. We then had the scallops(not pictured), and they were very very good. i chose the filet and my aunt had the bone in pork chop, both very very good. my steak had a nice char grill on the outside and was very much perfectly cooked on the inside. we chose the crème brûlée cheesecake for dessert, and the raspberry ice cream made this so good. Joe was our waiter and he was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I like the atmosphere, as it is a smaller restaurant so i definitely recommend making reservations. It makes it cozy, but also romantic. The ease of access is great (i hate going downtown). we compare all of our food to a certain restaurant that is our favorite around, and this one is very comparable. Good food, and worth the money. Will be back!!

We stopped here on our way home from a cruise. Excellent service and food. For the quality, atmosphere and service it was extremely reasonable pricing also. At home in Michigan it would have cost easily 30 percent more. We'd come back for the food but also for the acoustic panels...so many places have open floor plans, open ceilings and they are giant echo chambers to see who can be loudest ruining the experience. First thing we noticed were the sound treatments in our booth which made dinner so much more enjoyable even with a full house. Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options

Perfect in every way

First time at F&S, but won’t be the last! Food was outstanding, drinks were great, and Mandy’s service was awesome. I was to full for dessert, but man they all sounded delicious! Parking: Plenty of spots, get here!
