Really good restaurant with authentic food and good prices. The sushi is good and the service is really nice :)
Spent 30 mins looking for parking. Once we found parking , they told us they “closed” early for dining in , and only take out was available. However there were multiple parties already seated and being served. BEWARE their hours can vary at any point in time and it’s difficult to find parking.
I stopped by on a Wednesday night intending to dine in but they were only taking carry out, which was unfortunate and disappointing considering I had to watch people dine-in as I was waiting for my order. I ordered a salmon roll, a yellowtail roll, and a few pieces of nigiri with a miso soup. I had to eat my food on the steps of a closed business down the street because I had flown into Boston from out of town and there was no place for me to take my food to eat. The food was delicious and fresh. The sushi rice was sooo good. I would definitely become a regular if I lived nearby.
The food was mediocre at best for how much I was paying for it. The color of the fish was not great. The rolls were extremely dry and tasteless. As I waited for my food I saw two rats run out of the kitchen. Will definitely not be back. Word of caution to anyone eating here, check your food before you eat it
The spicy beef ramen is Excellent. It was a cold and rainy day and the ramen hit the spot. Enjoy.
Small little sushi restaurant across the street from MGH. Generous cuts of sashimi and good service. Fish was fresh and tasty.
Fins had such good sushi, the quality exceeded my expectations! Will definitely be going back!
Fin's is an okay place for lunch or casual dining, but small and not very romantic for a date. I got the salmon sushi entree and it was average; the fish was on the warm side with too much rice and the miso soup was good but sparse. The lobster rangoons were very good, which makes me think this place would be very tasty for just regular American Chinese food rather than sushi, and probably more enjoyable as take-out.
