Great food, restaurant design and vibe. The food was the best part however! Clean and tasty near an ideal spot in downtown summerlin. The food the second time wasn't as good. Better luck next time.

One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in my foodie life is waiting this long to try out Chef Roy Ellamar’s Fine Company. I had heard about this place on Eater and because Chef Ellamar is Filipino, I wanted to support a fellowman, so naturally, this place has been on my list. We came in right as they opened on a Saturday morning and the place was already buzzing, so good sign. We were told it was going to be a 5-10 minute wait as they were letting their servers catch up. The weather was really nice, so we didn’t mind waiting outside. Upon perusing the drink menu, we immediately gravitated towards the Ube in my heart cocktail for the wife and the Umami Mary for myself. I’m not going to lie, that’s the best Bloody Mary I have ever had in my entire life. Everything that was listed as an ingredient was really well-infused into the drink. I tasted each ingredient in every single sip. 20/10 For food, we shared the salmon avocado toast and the breakfast burger. I finished my half of the salmon toast really quickly, so that says something about how good it was. When it was time for the breakfast burger, I was even more impressed. So much depth of flavor in that burger, so many layers of umami. If you are a foodie, please don’t waste any more time and go to Fine Company and try it out for yourself. Good thing the wife and I have similar tastes in food so we could share everything.

Returning to Fine Company for dinner was a delightful decision following an impressive brunch experience. The dinner menu, with its Asian flair, is a curated selection of dishes catering to a variety of tastes, ensuring everyone finds something to relish. Our culinary journey began with the cabinet papas, a unique offering paired with exquisitely prepared potatoes that simply cannot be missed. The dish was a prelude to an indulgent sampling of two types of caviar served over a sublime dip, proving to be a memorable start. The pear and prosciutto appetizer was another standout, featuring crispy prosciutto and greens that provided a playful and enjoyable texture contrast. The combination of fresh pear and balsamic dressing added a beautifully balanced zing to the dish. Moving on to the mains, the pork chop and bone-in NY steak were the epitome of tenderness, making the steak knives at our table seem almost humorous. Both dishes, served a la carte, were complemented perfectly by the recommended mushroom polenta side. This side dish was a revelation in itself, with its spicy notes, textural mushroom bits, and dreamily creamy polenta. The NY steak, adorned with pink peppercorns and chives, was my personal favorite. The peppercorns were toasted to perfection, adding a smoky, peppery burst that elevated the steak to new heights. The accompanying sauce was simply divine, as was the sauce served with the pork chop. Dessert was an adventure of its own, with the date cake paired with ginger ice cream setting a new standard for indulgence. The miso caramel and crispy bacon added layers of complexity and delight, making it a must-try for anyone who appreciates dessert innovation. To complement the richness of the date cake, the in-house made soft serve with roasted pineapple provided a refreshing palate cleanse. Fine Company stands out not only for its diverse and exquisite menu but also for the evident passion and care that goes into every dish. The experience left me an ardent supporter of the chef's creations, eagerly anticipating future visits to enjoy more of this exceptional culinary artistry. Fine Company is not just a restaurant; it's a testament to the love of food, promising an unforgettable dining experience for all who visit.

Sam was my server and she was AMAZING, Ken the chef came out and greeted both me and my frenchie puppy, we sat on the patio and felt so at home with the impeccable service to the delicious food. Also Bernie from the back bar greeted us as well, I can’t rave enough about how good the food and service I had was! Will be back on a regular basis!

Just what DTS needed. Appetizers, mains and dessert were all beyond delicious. Suggest sharing apps and get your own main. We could have made a meal out of just apps. Cost reflects the experience. I'd pay to do it again!

Update: I have returned two more additional times with friends. They all liked it here. Vessie was our server both times and was friendly on both visits. What was ordered: 1.) Bacon and Eggs my girlfriend said it was good. 2.) Mom’s Banana Bread $9.00 so delicious 3.) The Fine Salad with added salami. I love this salad. 4.) Fileto Fish Sandwich $20.00 my friend said it was the best fish sandwich he has ever ate. 5.) Secret Chopped Salad $15.00 my friend enjoyed his salad. Located across from H&M and next to True Food. I decided to give this restaurant a try after a friend suggested it to me. Samantha our server was very friendly and welcoming. What we ordered: 1.) Mama’s Banana Bread. This had a nice slightly exterior crunch to the crust and moist flavorful interior. The honey, butter & salt was a nice addition. 2.) Salt & Pepper Fried Shrimp. This fried to perfection. The batter was not too heavy and shrimp was tender. The Calabrian chili aioli was very tasty. 3.) Fishy Sticks (adult version) comes with five pieces. Fried just right slight crunch on the outside and moist fresh fish inside. Definitely will come back with some additional friends.

This place needs to figure out its model. Don't call it fast casual dining when it's anything but fast and casual. Overpriced and slow service, and there's zero personality.
