Fina Estampa

This place is amazing but the server/cashier is a jerk. I love the chicken i love the dressing they give and the sides(platano frito ensalada papas)la comida es lo mejor y el motivo por el que regreso . El señor que atiende gordito trigueño que es cashier y mesero no se le puede preguntar nada por que lo hace de mala gana. Eh venido como 5 veces solo por la comida pero ese señor hace un pésimo servicio. Se molesta y hace caras por pedir cajas , bolsas ,platos etc… Le pedi mayonesa preparada por que nos dio una muy vacía y despues de eso me trae de mala gana otra muy vacía. Si le cobran la mayonesa o lo regañan que me diga yo por algo pago la comida y si quiere tambien la mayonesa pero que no lo haga de mala gana ni a medias.

Lamentable. La comida. Antes era diferente. Ahora el pollo lo dan calentado. Crudo con sangre. Y ni como reclamar. Por qué. Los meseros saben decir. Yo sé nada. Y Quita las ganas de seguir llenado. Por qué uno va con. Esa. Apetito de comer un pollito. Ala brasa. Y todo mal. Una pena que. Sea así

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worse experience ever. The waitress was rude, never was asked how everything was. And most importantly the chicken was RAW. Came with my whole family and small children and was already stressful enough to say something at first. at the time of paying I told them that the chicken was raw and showed them, and was told that there’s nothing they can do and that I should have said something when I first saw it… the outside of the chicken was cooked, but the inside not. (If I could post pictures I would) Never coming again. The food wasn’t even tasty and had no flavor. As someone from Peru, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Food is not authentic. Stay away from this place.

I decided to go eat at this place today I've been there a couple times for their pollo asado last time I was there they told me that there was parking in the back of the building so this time I went and park in the back since in the street there is never parking we parked and try to open the door and it was close we notice a sign that said to call this number so they can open we call y the guy that answered all rude about it said he will send someone to open the door so we wait it 5, 10, 15 minutes and nothing I called again and ask if they were going to open the door and before he let me finish telling him that if they couldn't I could go around the block and enter the front of the building he hang up on me with out saying nothing that really upset me and left never going back again to that place did not felt welcome at all.

Pollo a la brasa was on another level!

Great empanadas but a few of them were cold they need to heat them a little longer
