So the resin for the 2 is. This passed Friday a party of 4 my group we decided to stop by and eat at this restaurant because it was the closest one to the amphitheater theater and we’re going to watch Smokey Robinson. Our waiter was a little bit too aggressive you would say towards his other coworkers this other young lady it was basically a big scene over who would serve what table and what needed to be done. Our service was a little bit too slow meaning that by the time we got out of there we were already like running late to this concert the special the house honestly me and my husband doing fine that appetizing but because we were running late we couldn’t change our mind or say anything about our meal. The craziest thing is that we tasted some wines and the price was never told to us about the bottle that we liked the only comment that it was sad was to my friend who you like the higher ups. And we even made it well known what does that mean and the person just walked away we come to find out at the end that was more of an expensive bottle of wine lol. Honestly I was looking forward to this place being that it had an Italian market that only meant to me that we were going to get the best Italian food.
We chose several dishes: bowties sausage and spinach, papperdelle bolognese, roasted salmon, and shrimp scampi. We shared the dishes among 4 people, so we all got to taste everything. Everything was delicious, especially the papperdelle Bolognese. Besides the restaurant, there's a market, too. The market offers an option that I plan to try in the future: there are several dishes available to take home to heat and serve. These are prepared in family serving sizes. They also have desserts, gelato, and other Italian products.
I've only ever been to the market. What a great resource to have in Costa Mesa. Surprisingly large selection for the little area. And let me tell you thier pizza kits (chefs kiss) are great!
This place is the best! Food is fantastic, welcoming, friendly they all make you feel like family!!!!!
Best secret spot in Costa Mesa. Great baked goods, Gelato and restaurant attached.
Insanely friendly staff! Spoke with (who I think was) the general manager, super friendly guy excited about the spot. Dessert selection and wine looked amazing! Just grabbed take out but will be back!
