Filippi's Pizza Grotto Mission Valley

I haven't ordered a pizza here for years because the pizza wasn't been any good as it used to be but did take out and the pizza was so delicious , how its supposed to taste. Maybe new chef or someone taken seriously on the recipe but whatever it was keep it up

We went because they have outdoor dining. The outdoor area is very nice and even has heaters, but they were not needed since the weather was great. Now that we have been vaccinated we enjoy eating inside. Food is very good and our waitress was exceptional. Regular customer. Good and service is excellent

The luncheon special was a perfect portion. Good food, goodprice. The server was accommodating. Great location.

Too much cheese on pizza, no matter what one you order. I thought is was kinda pricey for the quality of food. No menu offering drives you to seek out this place.

We went to eat with my family to celebrate Valentine's Day and we had a horrible experience in this place. They treated us quite rudely. The waitress, in the middle of dinner, took our table and moved it to the side to make room for another table that she was preparing for a large group. Then she brought us the bill without us asking, we hadn't even finished eating. They tried to take our plate away from us while we were still eating. It seemed like they wanted to throw us out of the place. I am a foreigner and I have an English accent, the waitress was quite racist. My six-year-old daughter left the restaurant crying. The food is mediocre Italian American and greasy.

Great food fast efficient service.
