Filiberto's Mexican Food

They always get my orders wrong and yesterday ended up paying 2 times more for a really small Carne asada and horchata when I payed for the meal. I'm so sick this business is in the community. Scum. Another night to mention fat dude at night left something in my burrito. It's disgusting. I went to filibertos on 83rd and thunderbird for convenience. It's not convenient at all writing this

This place is a hit or miss . It just depends on who's working. Carne asada burrito was cold and salty.

Fantastic food and prices. Taco Tuesday's are 99¢ per taco!!! (Not all Filibertos have 99¢ on their Taco Tuesday's) I just spent total of$39.99 (with tax included) for 15 tacos (10 chicken and 5 beef), side of large rice, side of large beans, and three large Horchata drinks! No joke. Oh, and their Horchatas are homemade!! No gritty dry mix is served here! These Horchatas are to die for. My son looks forward to the days I bring dinner home from here. One time the ran out of Horchatas and he was so disappointed to miss out on it that week. They also run daily dinner specials. The chimichangas are fantastic so big I can get two meals out of one. I think Thursday is the meal special for a chimi, rice & beans dinner at $7.99. Each weekday has one meal special on the menu. Inside is nicely decorated and very clean. Very clean kitchen also. Their hot sauce bar recently reopened after a 4 year pandemic shutdown. It's so nice to see things going back to normal again. Friendly, helpful staff and accommodating to your special orders & food allergies & substitutions. Been going there for 10+ years. Their great quality food and service remained consistent even during the worst of the pandemic. Great place, great prices so please support this Filibertos location at 83rd and Thunderbird

Everytime I drive into AZ, Filiberto's is my late night fill up. The Carnitas has been my go to forever, and no matter the years that have passed, their consistency has been flawless.
