Aaaaaaamazing! The service is wonderful and oh my the food is devine! This is not only a must try. It should be in your top 3 to add to your rotation whenever you’re able to have dinner out. Do not think twice about trying their pizza! I can assure you, you won’t regret it!!!

Depressing and we spent our entire meal wondering where Todd Snyder possibly is? Arrived at 7pm to two employees working the entire restaurant, just under the wire as anyone who arrived after us was told the place was closed by the exasperated server. The restaurant space was pretty empty and the lights were up super bright. The back of the house where the food was prepared had no lights on which was unsettling. The bar was covered in dirty dishes that remained til after we left. We had plenty of time to study our empty water glasses covered in smudges and lip prints while the phone rang off the hook. Server eventually dropped by with air pods in to silently take our order. Unfortunately the food did not turn the evening around. Carbonara was stiff with a shiny skin as if plated hours before. The pizza was undercooked, so floury and tasted off, not to mention, served on the underside of a dirty sheet tray... I’ve literally never written a 1 star review but so puzzled after getting home and seeing reviews from over a year ago that completely mirror our experience. So it wasn’t just tonight that the restaurant shut down early on a Friday night due to low staff?

Food was great, ordered the bolognese, except service was slow and took 10 mins for drinks to come out. Great place to try food wise

It’s a poor experience to have a family dinner here. They don’t have the gnocci for which we drive from 15 miles away. We made special reservations for this. Also their other location isn’t great either.

The food that we ordered was pretty bad. The spinach and tomato soup was a brothy mix of literally cut tomatoes, raw spinach and some shredded cheese. The garlic spinach was just raw spinach sprinkled with oil and crushed garlic at the bottom. We ordered the macaroni which is vegetarian by defaul. There’s options to add meat at an additional cost. Even though I never mentioned adding the meat, the server assumed that we want bacon and brought the dish out with bacon added. We had to send it back and reorder. Thankfully the cheese pizza was decent enough to feed our very hungry party of 6 otherwise the overall quality was below average. And the pricing was quite aggressIve for the quality of food. The chicken sliders were decent. Overall, I would not recommend

As Charlestown residents, we have often walked by an empty Figs restaurant and wondered why it wasn’t more popular given its prime location and upscale reputation (from the Beacon Hill location). Tonight we got our answer! The food was tasteless at best (with the lone exception being the beet salad), and downright gross at worst (I didn’t know broccoli could smell that bad). The salmon I ordered had about as much flavor as the pizza box we used to take home our abundance of uneaten pizza. That ‘pizza’, mind you, was more of a half kilo of arugula and two whole raw tomatoes (coarsely chopped), dumped on top of some garlic bread. The promised olive oil, balsamic, and cheese for the pizza was nowhere to be found. Despite the vacant locale, service was slow and inconsistent, and the server was bored enough with our company to be wearing headphones while taking our order. The combination of the driest meal of my life and literally no water had us gasping for breath on the way home (I’m still rehydrating). Don’t go to Figs by Todd English. Save yourself. (Try Prima, or Tradesman, or Domino’s for goodness sake before you go here)

Not sure where these bad reviews are coming from, but this is gourmet pizza at its finest! The pizza combinations and flavors were right out of Flavor-town, I’m thinking the previous reviewers are PizzaHut or Dominos connoisseurs. We had the Fig and Prosciutto pizza and a Bronx Bomber (we added Italian Sausage), probably the best pizzas we have ever eaten. When we arrived to pickup our food, Juan apologized as they were backed up so he poured us a glass of wine as we waited……Who does that these days? The food, service and ambiance was outstanding; too bad we live in Colorado to not experience this more often! Thanks Figs for the fabulous experience!

My boyfriend and I love both locations! Food is always fresh and flavorful, and service is great. I recommend the calamari and any of their pizzas are amazing!
