Figs

The food was not what I expected! The atmosphere was okay but not for me at my age.

I need to admit that it was not the best pizza I ate in Boston but it was good. They took a lot of time to serve us and well, a pizza just takes 2 minutes in the owen to be ready. They person who attended us was a bit rude and tables were so close to each other.

Nous avons pris une pizza avec plusieurs sortes de fromage et ce n'était pas très bon. C'était mangeable mais sans plus. La serveuse était gentille, l'endroit était bien.

The food looked great but I can’t confirm because when we walked in and asked to be seated at one of the two open tables that could accommodate us the hostess said “I’m sorry I’m about to be off my shift can you come back later?” Our group was a bit confused but said of course and asked what time and we were told two hours. The restaurant wasn’t closing (3 pm) so our group left feeling puzzled. We decided to call shortly after and ask about a wait time because we were certain we were missing a key piece of information and the same hostess answered the phone and said they were booked up for the night. We suspected this was not true and called back about an hour later hoping to get someone else on the phone and ask about a wait time and a different employee answered the phone and said they had open tables and we could be seated immediately (I didn’t mention the previous two conversations.) We ended up picking a different restaurant for dinner. Hopefully I can come back another time and update my review. If they were short staffed I would’ve immediately accepted being turned away but this was a bizarre series of interactions with the hostess. I will say that when we walked in I saw someone eating the prosciutto and fig pizza and it looked fantastic.

Yummy pizzas and salads! Cozy restaurant with friendly service. The pizzas are great with many unique toppings, and the flavors are very balanced. Great place to go and get hearty food!

Rude education, they made my 9 year son finish his food standing up, when another family (white) came in. The worst experience in a Restaurant in my life by the way the food is not so good.

IMMEDIATELY RUN TOWARDS THE LIGHT THAT IS FIGS AND MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!! Pizza was INCREDIBLE!!! Service was fantastic...wait time was non existent...but I'm sure that depends on day/time you go. Not sure where you would park...I took a lyft. Just ate my leftovers cold and my friend and I wanted 2 different pizzas and they offered to make 1 pizza and did half her flavor and half mine! Kinda mad I didn't get my own entire pizza because it was soooo good...but also glad because the pizza is huge and there's no way I could ever finish it! Go. Now. Just put your phone down and go! NOW!

Figs is a restaurant with commendable food offerings, there's no denying that. I've dined there twice, and the quality of the cuisine has been consistently good. Their menu presents a variety of tempting options for food enthusiasts. However, the experience at Figs was somewhat marred by the subpar service. On both occasions, I found the waiter to be lacking in attentiveness. They failed to return and check on how the meal was progressing or if I needed anything else. It was particularly disappointing during my last visit when I sat with an empty glass of water for over 30 minutes, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy at that time. While the flavors of the dishes certainly make Figs a tempting destination for foodies, it's unfortunate that the service aspect leaves room for improvement. Hopefully, the restaurant can address these service issues to match the quality of their food and enhance the overall dining experience.
