Very limited seating. Recommend ordering ahead for pickup. Use the "Toast Takeout" mobile app vs kiosk inside Figo.

Pasta was good but not incredible. Looked very plain of pasta with sauce on top.

Very efficient pick up system! You text when you arrive and your cubby opens up with your food. And the food is as good as I remember at the late Vinings location.

They have gone impersonal and all digital. While this is probably good for pickup and delivery it is a long way from the great service, atmosphere, and experience that was had here before. I can understand looking to reduce staff and working to automate/ digitize things but there is so much waste. No option to select "eating in" so everything is packaged to, and the ordering systems putting artificial limits on things for no reason. Also, charging for every small thing including cheese and red pepper with high prices and difficult to navigate menu paths. Over all the food was good and the location is good but the experience left a lot to be desired. On top of that the prices for eating there were the same as getting it delivered with just seems crazy.

The food was alright, not amazing but alright. The thing that weirded us out was that it's completely contactless. Even while dining in. We ordered on a screen and paid, then waited, then went to a locker and got our food. No people in the front whatsoever. I know this is the future so companies can take in even more profits, but it felt creepy, dystopian, and sterile. Not really what I pictured when going there. Is cool for pick-up or delivery, but I wouldn't recommend eating there. The old Figo was cozy, had good service, and alright food. Def different atmosphere. We won't go back but some may love this.

Ordered from FIGO to Cater a large client meeting. It was a big hit with everyone and their food is amazing!! Both the restaurant and catering team was very communicative with me and we had a great meal.

Ever since Figo changed it's set up to no contact. The food has gotten worse and worse. The quality of the food has gone down and rather than admit that the recipes have changed, they tried to tell somebody who's been coming to this place over 10 years that I'm wrong about that. I used to tell people to come here all the time, but lately I've made sure to let people know that it is no longer the restaurant that it once was. The customer service has gotten worse even though they have to do way less. The food comes out on paper plates and that soaks up half of the sauce from most of the pasta plates. The meatballs are burned. The sauces don't taste the way they used to and you can tell that they have cheapened the ingredients. They used to have real chefs that consistently made great food but now the food tastes unauthentic and watery . I kept coming back hoping they would get it together, but I've officially given up. I'm just really upset because this used to be my favorite Italian food place in the city but now I don't think I'll ever come back.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Just drove 4.5 hrs into ATL and decided to grab a bite before reaching my destination. Usually come to FIGO when I come to ATL but never again. Ordered pasta with sautéed shrimp, which I didn’t receive the shrimp. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Joe. Advised him of the situation and the first thing he says is “I have to review the cameras”. Umm ok. When I told him I ordered in store and it was 15 mins prior and gave him the order number 81, he said he still needs to check the cameras. Went to FIGO with the messed up food in hand to show him what I didn’t receive on my order. He refused to look at the cameras. He didn’t even look at the food to make sure. Then he told me I didn’t tell him the order number and that I was speaking with Carlos (the man on the phone identified himself as Joe). He insisted I email the owner, Sandro for a refund. No food? No refund?? I demanded either my food fixed or a refund or I’d have to file a police report. Unacceptable. Not even an offer to remake the order that was messed up. He would not print a refund receipt. He ended up writing a note stating I’d be refunded but it would take 2-3 days. Crazy, it didn’t take 2-3 days for them to take my money for an order they messed up, so we shall see! BUYER BEWARE!!
