Fiatto Uptown

The staff and location are great however the reservation process is very tedious. The menu could be better regarding options but the food they currently have tastes great. This is a great place for groups and it’s never to busy during the week day.

The place was empty when we arrived, that should have been the first sign. We scheduled a reservation from their site and it does not give you a confirmation of the reservation. You can't call them because they it's set up for all automation. We get there and advised we have a reservation, they didn't check for a reservation they just gave us a table. Dubbs Grub posted this place to his Instagram and the food he posted looked amazing. They didn't have half the food he posted. Then they told us they were out of Flatbreads. That only left 4 things on the menu to order. We ordered the lamb chops, one with mashed potatoes and one with brussel sprouts. The lamb did not have any flavor and the brussel sprouts taste like they were boiled. The mashed potatoes were ice cold and when we advised they were cold the waiter said they warm but ok. We sent the food back, left and went to another restaurant. I don't see them being in business to long

Terrible service. They had no servers and Took over an hour to get our food and another 20 just to get the bill. Beautiful ambiance gone to waste especially for the price.

Had a girls' day here and the ambiance was really nice. Our server Patrick did a great job answering questions and helping suggest drinks. The DJ played some fun numbers. The food was delicious, however, the portion of the lambchop was a bit smaller than expected, especially for the price. Otherwise, we had a great time here!

The drinks are good, but it was the worst food I’ve ever had at a restaurant, especially for the price point. Fettuccine Alfredo looks like it was microwaved

Some of the best food ive had in a while. My lady and I try to go to a new place every week. So many place are priced like Fiatto or even over priced and they taste so average and bland. An acquaintance went to Fiatto so we gave it a shot. The lamb lollipops were amazing, and the pasta was perfectly cooked. Will be returning. You get what you pay for here. Great stuff

Definitely one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The food was so unflavored. Took too long to come out. Would not recommend.

Very rude manager

I gotta be honest. Food is great, if you can get any! Good luck with the service. I walked to the bar to get our table’s drinks. Just no. Such a shame, food is fantastic but who wants to deal with a headache to get it?
