Fia Restaurant

Place is a not pricey but the food is incredible. I had the ribeye and it was perfect. Highly recommend their Manhattan as they use Cynar instead of vermouth which gives it a unique flavor. Service was great and the servers were really nice. Highly recommend at least once. Kid-friendliness: I thought restaurant staff was really nice to our 4 month old daughter and did their best to make sure she was comfortable

I’m normally a little wary of hotel restaurants because they can be so iffy, however this restaurant was amazing! I came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and we had a great experience and the food was delicious. We started off with ciabatta which was great, then he got the 8 oz filet which was a bit overcooked on one side but the rest of the steak was perfect. I got the lamb shank which was rich and flavorful. Ended off with chocolate martinis which is right up my alley and tasted delicious and a decadent crème brûlée. Definitely recommend, the ambience was very nice and really comfortable seating.

Atmosphere was excellent. The food was very good, very unique flavors, lovely presentation. The waiter’s attitude changed when I only ordered a few small plates and not a big ticket item but overall service was good!

I have never reviewed a restaurant, but Fia deserves all its flowers. It's probably the only place I've been where everything tastes amazing so far. For dinner, we ate too much, but had the brussel sprouts, gnooci, pork belly, ciabatta, lamb shank, old fashion with rittenhouse, creme brulee, and the truffle mousse torte. For breakfast, we had the farmhouse omelet, french toast, side of bacon, coffee, and latte. Everything was exceptional. Portion size is very good and considering the places Fia would compete with, I'd say your dollar goes further for better tasting food. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu. The hotel itself is very cool as well.

Great hidden gem in a hotel. Everything was spectacular. Our server was amazing, she took excellent care of us. Do yourself a favor and check Fia out.

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fancy place to take your date.
