The food is amazing, great customer service, I love this place!

This is an experience I won’t soon forget! Let’s talk about it. First, our server took over 15 minutes to ask us for our drink orders. The food was… not good and all came out separately for my table of 4.. so we didn’t actually get to all eat at the same time. Any time we asked our server for anything either a) it took her 10+ minutes when she only had 2 tables or b) we never got it at all. Honestly she was just very confused the entire time. Even when we asked for a to-go box (even though the food was not something I’d even want to take home) she gave us giant box for 3 wings and a sliver of Stromboli and told us she wasn’t sure if it would fit…. ????? When she brought us our food she asked me if I got mild wings, I told her no but she gave it to me anyways even after I told her I got medium. The wings tasted very slimy, and had no flavor. The sauce did not stick to the wings and seemed watered down. Even the bleu cheese seemed a bit watered down. Speaking of water… We never got more than our initial glass of water. We never got more napkins. It took 20 minutes for our checks. The man from another table had to get up and go find a pen to sign his receipt… after he waited just as long. I probably could have poured my own water and she would have never noticed. Just yikes.

Food was good.

Price over phone is higher than online. Price charged was higher than quoted. Now I have to wait an additional 20 minutes with an autistic teen. Last time eating here.

The food is amazing! The service is what’s most excellent here. Aryana Cruz was our server and did an incredible job, very polite and professional, didn’t miss a beat. Great atmosphere also, highly recommended!! We’ll be back because of Aryana most of all!

Slow, quiet, quaint place. Great date night night place. Food was pretty good, service was pretty good, I'd definitely go back and enjoy a quiet place to have a date night.

Long time patron. The food is good but the service, historically, has been subpar. It's now been at least 10 times over the past couple of years that I feel that the staff have no idea what's going on or what they should be doing. Delivery is usually fast and pick up is fine, but the service in the dining room was slow when we went the past few times so we don't eat in anymore. Not sure if it's lack of training or if they're understaffed, but management should get it together. I worked in a restaurant for 5 years and I can tell when there's lack of direction. Marcos is right around the corner now and it's cheaper. Better step it up.

It's really a great place. Food was amazing compared to any dine in pizza that I've had. Pizza was pretty big, and by the time my family of 4 was finished, we still had practically a full pizza left to take home with us. The service was great. It was fast and simple. The atmosphere was pretty nice. Wasn't overwhelming, but there was enough decor to make it a nice place to eat. The place also wasn't too packed either. Made everything a lot simpler. Overall 5 stars, and we will be going back.
