Best vegan breakfast in Colorado. If it was in Denver or a little closer north I would go way more frequently .

We went to Fern’s a couple months ago on our annual visit to the North Pole amusement park, and it was sooooo good! I literally dream about their Tunah melt all the time. My family was easy to convince to go because of all the good recommendations, and my kids liked the “cute dog” place so much that we have been eating vegetarian/vegan at home so much more.

Awesome vegan diner! So many great creative options and extremely accommodating to a wide variety of diet needs! Lucky enough to be able to eat what I enjoy and its always a great experience. They are currently doing rotating and evolving dinner options on the weekends and their posts on social media drew me in for the hamburger pie with a side of tater tots. They also had a gluten free carrot cake moon pie that was simply amazing. Counter seating, and a couple booths inside make it a cozy and inviting place in the shoulder and winter seasons while the large outdoor garden area makes it a phenomenal place to visit in the warmer months as well. Such an amazing vegan place! And as someone with a Gluten Allergy, I could get nearly anything on the menu. Great service and a very cute place located within the mountains.

We ate at Fern’s nearly every day we spent in Cascade. The hospitality from the staff was top notch, the diner had a great ambiance and cleanliness, and the food always hit the spot.

We got some french toast, a wrap, sandwich and soup. The food was incredible. Honestly some of the best food I've had, definitely one of the best vegan meals I've had. They serve a lot of Beyond meat alternatives in their burgers, burritos, etc., but there are plenty of other options without the Beyond meat-alternatives. Vegetarian options: This diner serves 100% vegan food, so all of it will be vegetarian friendly as well. Parking: Plenty of parking for the total capacity of the business.

Very tiny, but clean and inviting. Great service, great food! I'm not vegan. Brought a friend who is and we all enjoyed our food immensely!

Literally my favorite place! I would go daily if it were closer. Best Blt to exist.
