ATTENTION!!! This is a Public Service Announcement! COCKROACHES in spaghetti sauce!!! Last night on Saturday February 19th 2022...we order family meal plus other food $50+ got home and my child spit a cockroach out of her mouth after taking bit of spaghetti!!!!!!! She will be scarred from this and we will never eat her again to say the least, all the sorries in the world are not good enough...I hope this post keeps people from feeding themselves or their child roaches and hopefully Fazoli's cleans up their act!!!!!!! This happened at the Harding place location

I usually love going here! Food is great and staff is really nice. We received food poisoning last night unfortunately, not sure how it happened

Fazolis is always delicious!! I've eaten there since I was a teenager, but this was my first time back in forever and I was wondering if it would still be good like before, because so many restaurants have changed their recipes or companies that they get ingredients from.. not sure but a lot of food places taste different than in the past, some good but some.. not so much! This was on point though!! Amazing and I was in Heaven when I took that first bite!! You get so much food for a great price and at this location we were the only ones dining in at the time and the young lady that took our order was so sweet and helpful, and there was a man named Allen that was amazing, he brought our food out to the table and got us anything we needed, checked on us just like if we were at a restaurant with waiters, took dirty dishes when it was time, and he was so helpful, attentive and very kind!! he went above and beyond and I really appreciate him and hope he knows it!! he didn't have to do any of it. It made the evening and dinner that much more enjoyable!! This was my friends first time ever having Fazolis and she fell in love, actually she said it was just as good if not better than a well known famous Italian restaurant (won't name names) Thank you Fazolis!! Keep up the great work!!

***** Update ****** We continue to go to this location but today was the worst service and attitude I have come across. I had to send back the 2 salads 3 times each. I was even told that a salad was good because it was cut yesterday with fresh lettuce. The salad was brown. The meatballs were cold and we were not given dressing until we asked for it. Even though it was on the order. We order here about 3 times a month. Don't try to pick up your food from the drive thru like the app says you can. Always check your salad. We almost always send the first one back. We have gotten the salad, and it was so bad it was slimy. It makes me wonder if the rest of the food is safe. We have never gotten food poison, so that is a plus. Parking: The parking lot is very rough. Needs to be resurfaced.

The manager was short staffed, but you would never know. The manager and his 2 employees worked fast and well together. Our food was delicious and the customer service was excellent! I will be returning!

Our service was quick and exact. The gentleman was courteous, efficient and very polite. Wish it was closer, we would go more often.
