I have never had so many problems here before, this is usually my favorite place to eat. Came here for my anniversary; first we weren't even acknowledged for over 20 minutes as we stood at the counter, then we were told by the register worker (this is over an hour before closing time mind you) that they were too busy and may not even be able to take our order or serve us (said with a whole lot of attitude for it being the first words spoken to us since we arrived over 20 minutes ago) then after another 5 minutes of being ignored someone finally came over (not the lady who was working the register) and took our order and apologized for how things were. We received our food with about 25 minutes to eat, my food was wrong but instead of sending it back since there was no time and we had been treated rudely already I picked through it and ate what I could, there was also zero pieces of clean silver wear and they locked the door so the other person who was joining us couldn't even get it (they locked it about 35 minutes before close) over all it was absolutely my worst experience here and narrowly my worst experience at any restaurant at all.

Went thru drive threw had to wait on food then get home the noodles on all the food was not done they where hard very upset when u spend alot of money and can't even eat because food wasn't done any other time I have never had a problem with food but today was just bad

What can I say, pasta is as pasta does ,but service is the key when your Medicare at best. On my birthday we dined here and apparently managers don't exist here. Half our food came out, then we are told they are out of some things, then they bring the wrong stuff out because it was wrung up wrong. The cook was arguing with the counter person so she went back and made the rest. It was a cluster...I definitely won't be back for my birthday again.

Waited forever to be served, lady at the counter was super grumpy not friendly , took awhile for food to come when arrived food was cold ..my son loves this places but I think we will go else where .

There are variety of selections off the menu.

We got a door dash , called in the check the door dash . The lady on the phone said “people come in and take the food all the time bc it’s sitting out there” you guys really need to change your door dash system because that’s not okay and it definitely shouldn’t be normalized that people just come in and take the food

Believe it or not, they had no coffee. Again, a restaurant that does not serve coffee. Also, I could not believe that they have an option for tipping when you pay your bill at the counter.

Great for a make your own meal. The stuffed shells are wonderful and quite filling.

I think someone got the wrong sandwich,but a friend kept the flu and got a free sandwich My Alfredo was good and my husband's spaghetti was good.My dad ate his pizza and Alfredo,he loved it.We didn't have to wait long for our food.Thank you,Don & Pam Diosi, Beaufort,SC.
