Fazoli's

I went on Valentine's Day @ 11 or 12 and asked "can I order 2 meals pay for them now and come back and pick them up at 5:45pm. She said yes no problem. The guy who helped the young lady at the register gave me a receipt I asked if he should sign it he said no it will be fine So I show up @5:45pm and they had no idea long story short he did give me my food but it was very dry (even with the 2 oz of extra sauce that I ordered but he only gave me one and I had to go back in the store and get the other one)I didn't get my extra meat that I originally paid for. We ordered the exact same meal tru door dash and it was AMAZING that's why I thought that it would be a good idea but boy was I wrong

The food it was so good, they have a good service and the place is great for families.

Average experience for Itallian fast food. It isn't the same as when they used to bring breadsticks around, but it is still pretty good. And you get to eat off of real plates and stainless flatware.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Had the Italian sandwich, great portions for the money
