Tonight we decided to stop in and have dinner. It seemed as they may have been a bit busy however we stilled received our food pretty quickly! The only real complaint I have is when I order meat sauce I feel like there’s rarely ever any meat in it… But I know that so it’s no biggie.. I will say the GM is outstanding and did an awesome job making sure everyone sitting down eating had everything they needed. He went above and beyond for his customers and that is hard to come by now days. We truly appreciated that and it made our experience great. Thank you. I hope next time we decide to stop in he is there.
They refused to let us get a paper plate for my family to eat off of. Proceeded to ask why we couldn’t get a cup or plate and the employee said that he didn’t make the rules. I then asked who made the paper plate rules and didn’t say anything and we never got our plate. The cashier also told us that she would refuse to let us eat in the restaurant because you are not allowed to eat a family meal in house. We had no where else to eat our food. Made no sense and she was quite rude about us asking to eat in the restaurant. Poor service all around and I would not suggest going there.
Great service, great food with gluten free options Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and vegetarian options available
We ordered a family meal which consists of 2 pastas, breadsticks and pizza. They said we were not allowed to eat in the building because of what we got. We didn’t need any extra breadsticks which was the reason we weren’t allowed to be in there. We told them we didn’t need any breadsticks and we stayed because we had no place else to eat. They gave us a bag of lemonade but no cups to drink out of? Then we got denied of paper plates to eat our food and had to eat off of the lids. We also didn’t receive a silver packet which we needed to eat with but it probolay doesn’t come with the family meal like the cups, straws, and (paper) plates. Every other faxolis I’ve been to has been good service but not this one, very horrible service.
Ordered online, food was 40 mins later than promised but nbd, it was super busy. The 2 stars because people who got there and ordered a half hour after me using the kiosk (and a lot of food) got their food first, multiple people got their food first AND my food was waiting on breadsticks (even though the people after me got theirs first) which were delicious BUT my meals were sitting on the counter for the 20 minutes it took for them to have the breadsticks ready. Food was barely lukewarm and not fresh tasting
I leave 2 stars because 1 star seems whiney. Saturday, 6:30 pm. Here's the issue: Our Fazoli's visit began with a short line to place our order (typical and OK), but we waited and waited, THEN the person in charge behind the counter told us it would be 30 minutes before they would even take the order from all of us waiting in line. What? The dining room is only half occupied. Apparently, somewhere between the few dining room orders, the very slow drive-through, and the "Door Dash" orders, the kitchen was in no way prepared for the dinner rush. My problem with all of this is that the priorities were directed towards the Door Dash orders and not the customers that got up from their chairs at home and took the time, and made the effort to drive to the restaurant to dine-in. We were told to wait. They were very polite, I'll give them that. But, this was unacceptable. The DD orders were bagged and piled up on the counter. These are meals that could have been served to the dining room customers. Why doesn't the computer, with all of this AI brilliance, cut off accepting DD type orders when the kitchen capacity has been reached? Fazoli has to know that unhappy DD customers are going to leave very negative comments when their orders arrive late and cold. I am not anti-Fazoli's, yet... We walked out of the restaurant and went to a competitor. No dine-in, no take-out, and no delivery. Face-to-face happy customers will always be the best advertising.
