Fazoli's

Would give zero stars. Sunday at 4:41, I walk in to eat with my son and get told they have a catering order to fill and won’t take any orders for an hour and a half. What a joke, close the store, don’t have people waste their time, be told to wait a minute, then be told you’re not taking orders. Will NEVER come back here again, speaks volumes to the quality or workers and who is running the store. Ridiculous, and we will never eat at one of these locations again. Close the store if your workers do not want business, do not waste peoples time.

I missed this place. The food is as I remembered.

I came and sat down earlier today and the food was great , But the best part was my waiter Tim . He made my family feel right at home and had 1st class customers service .

Hot, fresh and extra cheese.......... That's what we offer at our Two Notch Road location. Dining room is open until 9pm and our drive through is open till 10:30pm for some late night delight food

Had a lovely late lunch/early dinner dine-in experience at Fazoli's. I couldn't decide on just one thing, so I ordered the oven-baked classic sampler (includes spaghetti, alfredo, and lasagna) and found all of it to be great. The breadsticks in particular were phenomenal. They definitely blow any other restaurant's breadsticks out of the water. However, what really made this dining experience stand out to me was the customer service. Despite being a casual chain, I had some of the best service at this Fazoli's that I've had at ANY restaurant in a very, very long time. Tim, the employee who assisted us, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite, and went above and beyond in making sure that we had everything we needed. I can definitely recommend this establishment based on the quality service alone.

I just had the worst experience at this restaurant of all the time me and my family has been going to this restaurant. The lady behind the counter was the most unprofessional person there. She forced us to get take out when we wanted to eat there and we took are food we went to seat down and she yelled at us that we couldn't eat there and that it was closed and told us to leave. She made us feel like we shouldn't be in that restaurant. My family is so upset that they couldn't eat before leaving town to go back home.

Tim is your star player. Service was awesome. Experience great. Will definitely be back!
