I've been to Fazoli's (various locations) off and on throughout the past 20 years. It's hard not to love their buttery breadsticks! Unfortunately, at some point, Fazolis became a victim of tipflation. They now ask you to leave a tip if you pay with a credit card. As a consumer, it feels confusing. Thus, this is no longer one of my top restaurant choices.
