Straws break easily, chicken sandwiches only have chicken and onions, rude service, and everything else is pure sugar.

This may be one of the worst services I have received. The ladies at the counter besides the bad actitud, crushed our cakes in their hands while putting them in the bag.

The shop has a wide area. But there are few chairs. And not very clean. Delicious snacks, good value if compared to the price. But the milk tea isn't that good. The tea bag has not yet dissolved. The taste is still not very good.

I have to say, this specific Fay Da bakery location has much better quality products than the other locations in Elmhurst, Chinatown etc. I came here in the evening time and there were still very fresh items. Their taro bun is underrated!

Still one of my favorite Asian bakery chains, and happy to have this in the area when I visit. The pastries are still affordable and the staff are always professional. I highly recommend getting pastries in the AM. I feel after 3pm, the selection will be limited.
