Fatburger

My worst experience ever my food was not cooked all the way ,because they said the cook is blind, Francesco the manager should be fired very unprofessional,unpleasant, corporate definitely needs to get involved and send secret shoppers to check on the store

My husband ordered me an Impossible burger. He brought it home. It still had the paper from the patty on it. I accidentally bite into this. We take it back. Francisco(mgr) said oh I didn't make it very defensive and nonchalant. He pulls the cook from the back. He (cook)looks at the sandwich and couldn't tell what was wrong with the sandwich. Francisco had to pull the paper off my sandwich to show him. Francisco said that the cook need surgery on one of his eye and thats why he didn't see the paper on the patty. Why is the cook allowed to cook??? Also he refunded me my money. Every fast food place I have visited that had an issue has always refunded me my money and made me another order. Francisco doesn't care about retaining customers and keeping them happy.

If you’re looking for a burger you can’t go wrong. Friendly staff and the burger was excellent. Onion rings just ok. This location in Henderson is pretty run down.

Robert was awesome! Very respectful and very nice! Good conversation while I waited for my food. Food came out good. Gf loved the burger. Thank you guys at this Fatburger.

Actually they deserve a -5. It's not because the manager Fernando or Francisco threatens violence with his gang on customers but the owner let's it continue as verified by other locations and past customers. If the owner cared I would have been contacted. Everything is caught on the camera @ the restaurant

First time eating here I got my food to go. A meal was very expensive paid 52.00 for two meals. Had high expectations wanted to try it and was not good my fries had no flavor no salt nothing. My soda had no flavor like it had ran out and just water. Burger was not what I expected meat needed more seasoning if that. Very disappointed
