I've worked here going on 2 weeks and I must say everything I've tried here was so delicious and by working here I see why their food is so gud and it's because they're serious about their food And they take pride in pleasing their customers. I've always worked in an hectic environment but I enjoy working here and because it's stress free and I enjoy seeing smiles on the people faces after they received their food , busy is kinda slow so appreciate your business and if you haven't tried fat guys please do I promise you will not regret it .

You gotta try it. It's just that good. The owner is a veteran and treats everyone like family. Got to be the only quick sack in the world where you can sit down. Pick a guitar and eat a barbecue sandwich to die for. They also catered our church with some smoked wings. Bunch of full sleepy dudes leaving service that night?

Completely Out of tobacco products and energy drinks.

There wont be a customer in the place. I go to order and they say they are out of everything. They blame it on the boss. This has happened twice.

The BBQ joint that sells gas, not the gas station that sells BBQ! 100% accurate. The food is always hot and tasty! Lunch specials are always fantastic. Probably Murfreesboro best BBQ joint, they honor the smoke here, it's not about the sauces but about that nostalgic flavorful smoke in the meat! Haven't had the opportunity to eat breakfast in house yet, however, I did have a TN BBQ breakfast catered. EVERYTHING was phenomenal, prepared to perfection, all my guests enjoyed everything. They made brisket, smoked chicken wings, sausage, fried bologna, biscuits and gravy (holy smokes 1 biscuit could easily feed 2 people), cornbread, grits and scrambled eggs! Everyone is still talking about those wonderful grits 2 weeks later. Would absolutely have FatGuy cater BBQ for us again. I hear the smoked turkey around Thanksgiving is a treat and must have! Thank you again for always being so generous with portions and being just fantastic folks. My kids love coming in just to talk to the guys. Walking into FatGuy just makes me happy we moved to TN!

We ordered catering this past week from Fat Guy’s BBQ and it was absolutely phenomenal!!! We got pulled pork, bbq chicken, potato salad and beans for a crowd! There was hardly any left!!! Sooooo many people requested we order it again but next time that we get even more! The owner was super nice and is obviously an amazing cook!!! Please put this on your list of places to go!!
