Fat Fish is consistently exactly what I need it to be - great food food at a great value. The owners are friendly, and do their best to make me feel welcome every time. With such a huge menu, I’m amazed at the consistency, but they nail it every time.
A sushi gem for the middle class, yummy food, great selection, good price.
This place is Godzilla roll is crunchy with a spicy creamy taste the the lion king had us hooked . Love the mom an pops vibe the restaurant was giving. 100% recommend if you live in plesenton
We went to this branch thinking it's the same one in San Leandro, it's NOT. Their service sucks! We waited so long for our food, my husband got the wrong beer and when he approached the desk, all they could say was, "OUR KITCHEN IS BACKED UP." Like tf it is...if that's the case, then don't accept dine in anymore. We were not the only ones waiting for our food. We saw other tables that have been waiting as well. Neither of the attendants cared to ask if everything's OK or if we needed anything else. I don't know if it's the generation now or if there is no more customer service being taught. Food is meh, nothing stands out. We definitely will not be coming back.
My daughter told us about this place. It's Pleasanton's best kept secret sushi so far. It's going to be packed soon! We'll gladly wait in line.
Reasonable price. Service is good. Teriyaki chicken bowl is delicious. “The Big Salmon” is great- crunchy outer layer, rice then Salmon and avocado in the middle.
While I wasn't absolutely Blown Away by everything I liked everything there was no bad flavors or bad part of the experience. The staff was amazing their menu advertising for the best quality at the lowest prices is accurate I think it is very good quality for the prices and the flavor is very good. The Wasabi is good the rice was cooked well the serving sizes were very generous. We would come back
