Fat Belly Pizza

Food is good but customer service is not 5 stars. I placed an online order at 11:30 for 4pm pick up and they hadn’t even started my order at 4! And of course I just get an excuse that all these orders just came in. Well it shouldn’t have been a problem since my order was placed earlier. Then of course we get home and the order was wrong.

IV never seen much grease on one pizza the crust was soggy and dripping with grease absolutely disgusting not even really edible not sure what's going on with the new owners but definitely the quality has gone down at least from what I have had maybe it was just an off day. Was one of the best pizzas in town doesn't seem to be anymore.

Chris was professional on the phone. Order was hot and ready for pickup. Riley offered a military and cash discount. First time customer. cheese was fresh. Crust perfect crispy. Nice pepperoni. only like 11$. Way way way better than anything frozen at the market. Tombstone frozen garbage is like 7$ after tax and I gotta cook that cardboard myself. Thanks y'all. Edit one. Lost 2 coworkers in 60 days. I miss y'all and understand the struggle. Loss 365. But still delivered.

Tried for the first time yesterday was absolutely disgusting, the mozzarella sticks were $7 and could have gotten the same quality from the Dollar Tree. The pizza was huge but it tasted like absolutely nothing, only thing you could taste was the feta cheese and my bill was nearly $45 for 1 pizza a 6 mozzarella sticks. Hells Kitchen and Fat Sullys are way better.

Friendly, welcoming staff. Ordered 1/2 specialty, 1/2 specialty and definitely didn’t get what we ordered. I should’ve checked the box before I left (#1 rule of takeout pizza), but they’ve never messed it up before. The order we received looked like Philly cheesesteak, which was a 4/10. Really greasy and I don’t think we are fans of a cheesesteak on a pizza, so personal preference for us

We ordered two pizzas and cheesey bread. one of the pizzas was incorrect and just a cheese pizza instead of the big popper which is jalapeños and bacon. We called to get a different pizza as two grown adults weren't eating a cheese pizza for dinner. The woman told me to call back in an additional thirty minutes to correct the issue. Which is ridiculous as this was our dinner we ordered at 4pm and it's now 545pm that I'm having to call back. I called back and she told me she would look into it and call me back. Not once were we offered to remake the pizza or receive a refund. When I called back again at 630pm to follow up since this was our dinner I was sent to voicemail. We are incredibly let down and will not be ordering from here or recommending this business to anyone. Horrible horrible customer service and business practices. Never again. 0/10 recommend as I try to find something else for our dinner plans.

Our go-to place to get dinner and give me a break from cooking. The staff is super friendly and even walked me to my car with my rider cause I had my infant in tow. Really appreciate it!

I tried it once, and I will always try to support locally owned. It's just not for my pallet. Good customer service. Very limited seating.
