Farmer Boys

Light haired female Cuts me off at drive through. Shuts window on me, and looks bothered when I ask her what I was charged for. She originally read me the wrong amount So I brushed it off. I Get home to find out I’m missing my sons fry’s. Open my Berger, it’s rare (see pic) this is here unacceptable. Never Again!

Horrible customer service. Waited for 10 minutes for them to try & give me the wrong order. I repeated the correct name & turns out my order had been sitting to the side the entire time I was there. The 2 workers never apologized, just kept saying "I thought you said..." even after I had shown them my phone.

Good and reasonably priced place for salads. Sadly some areas of the menu have gone down. Unhealthy foods such as margarine instead of butter, imitation creamers instead of half and half. The new "French Fries" are horrible. Though for diabetic health reasons I rarely eat French fries, they along with the new method of zucchini tastes bad and appear extremely unhealthy. It like they changed to an awful tasting cooking oil. Sadly, this same recipe change has taken place at very large fast food chains, like Burger King and Carl's Jr., and financially they lost millions. Maybe these changes saved Farmer Boys money and made you more profitable, but how do you measure the profit loss from money and customers you do not have come back? I hope someone in authority rethinks these things and looks at the larger picture.

The ladies at the front were very nice, however I'm not sure why between them and the cooks nobody wanted to look at the ingredients for the veggie burgers to see if it had soy. I should have left then, but I ended up getting a veggie omelette meal anyway. They don't mix the eggs first before putting them in the pan so you can really smell a heavy eggy smell when you're trying to eat omelettes. They don't season anything. I was trying to tolerate the eggy omelette when halfway through my meal, I experienced a hard crunch of egg shell in my teeth. I'm totally turned off from eating the rest of it. Next time I will trust my instincts because now I feel like I've wasted $12. I stopped going to Farmer Boys years ago when they said tuna wasn't on a farm and no longer sold tuna. And when they got rid of the sunrise sandwich. I should have went to the Black Bear Diner like I was planning in the first place and they're only down the street. The disappointment. PS. I put salt, pepper and hot sauce and still tasteless. Vegetarian options: I asked them if the veggie burgers have soy in it. Nobody wanted to look at the ingredients on the package and they all kept saying I don't know.
