I bought a gallon of milk for SIX DOLLARS for my father in law and dropped it off as I was in a hurry. Unfortunately he sends me this picture that the milk is chunky and creamy. Absolutely disgusting. Every time I’ve been there recently, the attendants seem overworked, tired, which brings down their customer service significantly. Go here only if you have no other option, and even then I’d rather just wait till tomorrow.

I went there this morning 10/13/22 and bought a Cuban toast with a cup of coffee. I took two bites of the toast and noticed something green. When I open the bread I see that the bread is moldy. I think the worst part is, the attendant opened the bread, smeared butter on it and toasted it, how can someone have the conscious to do that? It’s clearly visible and undeniable. I tried calling the store and it goes to some persons voicemail with not mailbox set up. Disappointed to say the least.

Que vergüenza que una compañía como Farm Store que lleva años en existencia tenga tan mal customer service . Dice una supuesta manager llamada Lissett , que soy la unica persona que me dan las cosas mal. Da la casualidad que después de decirme eso me da un batido de chocolate todo chorreado fuera del vaso , cuando le pedí servilletas me quito el vaso de las manos de mala gana y lo limpio cuando eso debería entregarlo limpio desde el principio.Luedo mientras que esperaba el resto de mi orden fue a mi carro y muy claramente me dijo ….. tiene otro problema? WOW Q MANAGER . Donde le habrán dado entrenamiento para servicio al cliente . Luego procedi a decirle que ya que era la manager y persona representando a esa compañía y a esos dueños , que debiese darle mejor entrenamiento como cocinar las cosas que no quedarán crudas ni frías por dentro . Creo que una persona que ordene unos tequeños o cachitos de jamón , lo menos que quieren es que esté frío por dentro . Espero que los dueños puedan ver esto y puedan darle mejor entrenamiento a la persona que está frente a su negocio . En este país lo primero que se mira de una compañía son los ratings y los de este Farm Store están bien bajos , así que ya saben por que .

Horrible service and manager lisette not customer oriented. All staff need training to learn how to treat customers.
