I am enthralled by every aspect of this bakery. Not only is everything delicious but the service is friendly and fast and the atmosphere is lovely. Even the views of mostly green trees in an otherwise skyscraper skyline is a huge bonus. Breakfast consisted of a ham and cheese croissant, black drip coffee, and a pecan Paris brest, the latter being a suggestion from the server. While there were more decadent breakfast options, I wanted to go small and savory, and the croissant delivered. Perfectly fluffy and crisp with just the right amount of filling. The brest is absolutely luscious, both light and filling. It’s such a unique pastry for your average coffee shop. I always go for basic drip coffee as it’s often an overlooked beverage. This cup was abundant, robust, and delicious. If you like your coffee to taste like coffee, they have you covered. While the seating was limited, there was enough space to tuck in and enjoy. If you don’t mind a bit of proximity with other diners, you’ll get along just fine here. Parking: Free 2-hour parking is available at Brio (more info in my photos).
Very busy place but great breakfast. Friendly staff and the food was really good as was the coffee.
Good is ok, atmosphere and business concept is great!
Cute bakery with unique pastries Parking: Find parking ️ there is somewhat hectic but possible
Get the Veggie sandwich I am not sure what they do to their tomatoes but I wish I could buy an entire jar! So so delicious.
Great food, but whatever you do, DO NOT subscribe to their email list. They SPAM-blast 6-7 copies of the exact same message. And when I tried unsubscribing, they ignored it after three weeks and started spamming my inbox again. Not a good look. I used to be a repeat customer.
Meh. Overcooked menu. I got an egg sandwich and salad, grilled cheese with tomato bisque. Both menus tasted poor, and bread was so hard to chew. Tomato soup was good, though. The place was packed during lunch, I guess it's located in the heart of bellevue. That's all.
Great latte and excellent food, everything is served quickly, surprising as it was very busy on a Sunday morning, had to wait for a table but worth it.
