Multiple hairs in my food. Food was not good either and overpriced. If you’re hungry and staying here just go down the street it’ll be worth it.

The quality of the food during my recent visit was quite poor. The flavors were bland, the presentation lacked appeal, and overall, it did not meet the standards I expected for the price. I believe that maintaining high food quality is crucial for a dining establishment, and I hope this feedback can be used constructively to make necessary improvements. Unfortunately, I found the food to be quite dry, which affected my overall enjoyment of the dish. I am also writing to express my disappointment with the service I received. I must express my disappointment with the level of professionalism observed during my recent experience. Certain aspects of the service or behavior did not meet expected standards. I found the prices to be quite high for bad food

The whole experience was absolutely horrible. This was my first time ever having such a bad experience I literally had to ask for a manager and complain. We were waiting for our food for over 30 minutes, then they proceeded to take it to the wrong table, which caused the food to take even longer to get to us (the restaurant was not busy at all maybe 6 tables total). Through the whole hour we were there they never once apologized to us or even recognized the inconvenience. When the manager finally made his way over to us he had a very nasty attitude and had an AirPod in the entire time. He did end up covering the bill but was still extremely rude to us and the server that made the mistake. The food was at best mediocre and the menu listed on here is not the same as in the restaurant.

Well…the food was, I hate to say it Whack. But I don’t know if it was because it was takeout(even though I was seated for my drink.) It was pretty bad. I got a burger and the bread was heavily chewy. So it was old and obvious. The ambiance is cool. Good music and bent-worthy drinks. I’d go if I wanted a quick drink but that’s it. Now, the server. He was super super busy and there was only two staff on site for quite a few patrons. They did good at checking on people and taking the absurd comments and complaints from folks. I commend them for their tack and overall engagement in trying. That it all. Be kind to people, yes, even when they aren’t kind to you.

Some of the worst service myself and my party has ever had.

Takes forever to get your food. Both times we came here it took over an hour to get our food after we ordered it and the quality was not on par with the prices charged.

They tried, but they were so busy and understaffed. I'd like to try again when they aren't so busy.

TERRIBLE!! Waitress wouldve been good if she wasnt overly stressed because kitchen wasn't doing their job. 3 of us in our party never received our food. Sodas were in cans. Overpriced and underperformed. I had to walk out since my blood sugar got low since I never received food. Manager was horrible. Had a little party on the side while her restaurant was on fire. We will NEVER return until new management is hired.
