Understand the low reviews here. Majority is service related. Day I ordered, only one person doing everything stoically. Rightfully so if in same shoes. Wanted just a slice just to top me off & was pleasantly surprised. It was just a cheese slice but the crust & mozzarella telegraphed goodness to my senses. I wouldn't exactly call it NY pizza. For chain pizza, it comes the closest.

Really good New York pizza for the options here you can’t go wrong with this one.

service: the woman who took my order seemed like she hates her life. but maybe that's just her face food: pepperoni pizza was greasy just like i like it. got my food within a minute of talking to rbf girl

No Pepsi products or free refills

Decent airport pizza...., if they're around... waited 15min, no employee in site 30min before closing... two chilly slices of cheese on the countet, but nothing else. Not a single employee in site.... till filling an order in another line, purely accidental line of site into the kitchen, I saw what looked like 2+ people goofing off. Decent, if they have pizza... waited 15min to bake 2 pies for a naked counter 4days ago Thursday@7pm. Are you planning on going out of business? It might go that way, even if you're mot planning on it. Had planned to be a repeat customer... will need a reliable source from now on. Help! This location needs help!

Never saw 2 more miserable employees as I did at 6:30pm 10/16/2019. No planning=no pizza=rushed pizza=terrible pizza with good ingredients & every steam well is empty plus the beverage fridge. Should’ve stuck with Quiznos.

Terrible customer service, the two ladies working on 11/9 afternoon shift are a poor representation for your company. Talking and cracking jokes not focusing on the guest. The lady that rang me didn’t have a name tag and walked before I could get my receipt. Fire them immediately and hire more quality servers. But if this is your choice of employees I’ll never return.
