Most delicious food and kind employees, would recommend x10000
First of all, this is a Palestinian family owned business, and that by itself deserves 5 stars, and a watermelon if that was an option. I come to SF for work, which means I may have tried every halal place there is in SF.But let me tell you, I am absolutely blown away, because the food was as tasty as they come, the place is neat and clean, the lady who prepared my food was as kind as a mother. It took me years to finally find a decent place to eat in Sf.
Best Mediterranean food in town. Makes me feel home. The service is just from the heart. No fake smiles. I’m in town for business for extended time, I Tried 6 dishes and can’t decide which one is the best.
The falafel mezze dish was excellent! Great food and service!
This place seemed like a well-kept secret. I walked over here from the Westin twice during my multi-day stay in SFO because the food is amazing, and the proportions generous. I’m not sure if I caught them at odd hours, but given how good the food is, I am surprised how empty it seemed. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through for a stop in for some awesome Mediterranean food.
Absolutely delicious and authentic Mediterranean food. The knafeh was the highlight of my day (it was that good). Vegetarian options: They have a lot of solid, high-protein vegetarian options. Parking: Parking is super easy and stress free.
My friend Adam said there were some good Mediterranean restaurants nearby when I told him about my hotel I was staying at. My friend Adam rarely disappoints but in this case he did. Why? Because he was wrong. It's not good. Good isn't even an understatement. It blew me away. This place is -hazardous-to-my-health-outstanding. It makes me want to move to Milbrae. Holy cow (and I didn't even eat it) never experienced so unfamiliar yet delicious food before. I acrually told the woman working there that, yes, while we are in November, this was hands down the best meal of 2023 for me. The owner is from Gaza, started cooking when he was seven and it shows. I'm not sure what kind of black magic he uses In his recipes but I'm all for it. Portions are generous, good for three or more even, yet I was able to clean up the whole dish myself. I had the veggie platter and it came with about eight falafalls (decent size) two dolmas, amazing salad dressing, a very generous portion or baba ganoush and some Hummus with warm thick pita. Even hot sauce. Rice was decadent and perfectly cooked. Hot. I came back the the next day tried the Schwarma...absolute perfection. Well done Falafio! Vegetarian options: No shortage of Veggie dishes here. From soup, dolmas, baba ganoush, falafel, Hummus, pita, salad and so much more Dietary restrictions: Halal style
