Falafel x Bar

Oh my gosh. My dad and I wanted Mediterranean food and boy did we get it. I have been on the hunt for Halumi cheese for years in Jacksonville and I saw they had it on the menu. It was the first thing I ordered. It was absolutely out of this world. Salty, chewy, squeaky goodness! So much flavor it blew my mind. The hummus and pita was good. A staple at any Mediterranean place! My dad got the Baerut Burger with seasoned fries and could not put it down, it was so good. I got the Jerusalem Bagel. They had run out of the bagels (it was toward the end of the night) and recommended putting it on a ciabatta roll. This sandwich was out of this world. Mind you, the cheese is suuuuper salty so just be aware of that. I knew that was exactly what I wanted and it was perfect. The cucumbers on the sandwich help to balance out the saltiness. I will be back early one day to try it on a bagel! The seasoned fries were a little too seasoned for me (although most likely that was due to the flavor explosion going on from the sandwich ). I will be back!!

I found this restaurant while traveling for work via Google Maps. The watermelon salad caught my attention so I decided to check it out. The watermelon salad and the Palestinian chicken are to die for. I really have to try the other items on the menu because I can’t get past the Palestinian chicken Recommend you try it too and see what I’m talkin’ about!

Best place in town with Mediterranean food and natural wine ! Strongly recommend

The food was yummy, with a great variety of natural wines. The vibe was super cozy, just like being at home – always warm and welcoming.

Pluses- Michelle (who said she is here every day during lunch time)was amazing and answered any questions before they were even asked lol. The food is mind blowing and the atmosphere is killer. You're doing yourself a disservice if you don't check it out. Minuses - I can only give five stars.

Fresh, tasty food! They have a large menu with interesting offerings. I have tried and enjoyed a number of their dishes. The falafel is best around but don’t sleep on the other stuff. Love the lamb kabobs and the Palestinian chicken!
