It’s a great place to bring the family for dinner! They also have LOTS of space to host any sort of event you may be having! Highly recommend! Parking: Tons of parking so it won’t be an issue. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly! Wheelchair accessibility: They are wheelchair accessible with a ramp going into the restaurant.
This was my first time here and they did not impress. At all. Especially for the prices. 1. Ordered our food at 5:55, did not get food til 7:15 (they close at 8, so now we have to rush to eat because they are closing up. How’s this our fault?????) 2. There were 4 tables near us, we were the only table that hadn’t gotten our food, and those tables all got there after us, and had larger parties 3. We were told they were waiting on chicken, but were packaging chicken on to-go orders and the tables around us 4. Our waitress was extremely slow and not attentive at all. We had to ask for refills, forks, and straws 3 times before another server finally brought them over to us 5. Our server never came to check on us once food was brought over 6. Our server spent more time sitting in the kitchen talking than worrying about her customers. 7. My husband and brother in law ordered the bacon burger, neither got bacon on their sandwich or any of the condiments they requested (lettuce, mayo, onion, etc) I am not one to complain service. I usually keep my mouth shut and move on but this really frustrated me. There was no apologies on the food taking forever, there was no customer service skills by any of the staff we came in contact with (which was around 5 employees). This is the exact reason when restaurants automatically apply 20% tip to your bill it frustrates me. The server knows no matter how she waits, she will get 20% regardless. So they don’t have to go above and beyond for the tip. They can just be a warm body and still get a tip. That service DID NOT deserve 20% at all! I can say I will not be back. My first experience is my last.
