Faicco’s prepares authentic, delicious Italian comfort food in the outskirts of downtown Sarasota. Long time Family run business that still operates in Manhattan and Brooklyn that opened Sarasota a couple years ago. Their sandwiches are excellent and the service super friendly & efficient. The sandwiches are enough for 2 people, but what is really amazing is their veal parmesan which is consistently great every time I have ordered it. Also a two meal portion and cheaper than any restaurant.

Well this may be a great sandwich shop, one of the best sandwich shops in New York City, one of the most iconic sandwich shops in New York City, and a great tourist destinations, it is also a major Italian supermarket that services the local community in many ways. I have an Italian background and I’m used to shopping at these types of market so this was a no-brainer for me as I live in the area. It is always fun to shop with groups of tourists coming in and out with tour guides know the people behind the counter and the people behind the counter get to know you it is really of community sense for a very bustling busy public space. Great prices on meats and cheeses I highly recommend a prosciutto bread. Vegetarian options: Cheeses olives and other condiments are great.

Wow. I had a great experience here. They have a fantastic selection. They have reasonable prices. The staff is great.
