Fab Yo!

No one available at first and low level of professionalism.

I don’t understand how this establishment is still open. I’ve worked out if the atl airport for 5 yrs & I’ve had this particular berryful flavor twice & never seen it again. I don’t remember the name of it. But the mango & berry berry flavors are gone BUT everytime I come the machines are always broke with 1 maybe 2 flavors available.with vanilla always being available . I mean who in the heck wants vanilla when I can get that from a regular ice cream store . every employee seems mad about their life & it’s just not a welcoming environment that you normally get at a Froyo spot.

We were transferring flights from ATL to MKe and stopped to get a Fab Yo. We stopped by and ONLY 2 flavors available, machines were broken. We also had to beg the attendant to get off her phone and help us. She was EXTREMELY rude and not very kind. Horrible visit - horrible person waiting on us, Negative 1 star..tell the woman who worked the day shift on dec 26 to quit if she doesn't like her job and the persons who pay her salary by visiting this establishment. Fine another spot while in the D concourse for a quick treat..

The yogurt is ok/nothing impressive, toppings were disappointing (just some stale granola and cereal no fruit or anything). When I paid I saw I was very obviously double charged clearly evidenced by the receipt (i had 2 yogurts, she weighed one twice for some reason and ended up.charging for 3 separate orders??). She proceeded to argue with me about it like I was stupid and refused to even attempt to resolve such a simple issue. Anyways please don't buy from this place there are plenty of MUCH better places to eat.

Yogurt had great texture, no flavor

Tried to get yogurt at 9:15 PM and they told me it was closed. I said the hours showed it closed at 10 PM. The employee said we don't have any employees after 9 PM. Which is weird because he is literally an employee speaking to me after 9 PM. I really hope the owner reads this. Your employees are closing down early and you're paying them to work and not getting any customers in the hours between 9 pm and 10 pm.

Typical frozen yogurt. More icy than creamy.
