Salads are good but shrinkflation is really hitting. It’s now only 1/3 of the size as before but still costs the same

Salad greens are hit or miss on freshness, but not bad overall. Flavorful dressing and great variety of veggies. My chief complaint is the jasmine rice. It is consistently so overcooked that it is absolute waterlogged flavorless mush.

Gone downhill now. Large salad is half filled, and some of the associates are so gung ho on quickly moving the line that they don't listen. 40% of past salads have been made incorrectly. Expect more for $18

I took my salad back to work only to realize that they forgot to pack salad dressing. I had 2 dressings selected and now I have a dry salad. The online form for feedback/issues doesn’t work, and throws an error when I submit, so I don’t have a way to get a refund or have my issue heard, short of may be going into the store and speaking with a manager. Also, I order from here thrice a week, but in my app, I am signed in, and I have zero rewards. Something is broken. So glad sweet greens is opening next door

The topping were nice but the lettuce was moldy and seemed like it had been chopped days before.
