NOTE: does not accept walk in orders, you must order online. If you don’t order in advance, they have a QR code in store you can scan to order online. Very good, fresh food made to order. Order was made correctly and quickly. Pricing is a little wild for salads and wraps, but that seems to be the trend with these types of places. No seating in store - pick up only.
Evergreens on Lenora and 6th has been a go-to lunch destination, however recently my orders have been incorrect. For example, gorgonzola included when excluded in my order. It has happened multiple times which negates the convenience of order-pick-up, and makes the salad inedible for me. I tried to provide this feedback directly to Evergreens multiple times, but their feedback form is broken...... There is no feedback from the app....
Love evergreens been a customer for a while. However this particular location does not mix the salad and the dressing even if you ask for it. They stuff the dressing containers into the salad bowl and it takes up so much space. I even went back in and asked them to mix it like all the other locations. This is absolute rubbish.
The online ordering is a nice concept, but super frustrating. They shorted me on the chicken I paid extra for and there's nowhere to provide feedback accordingly? I could hop back on the lightrail and complain to them in person, but to what end? Another 30 minutes out of my day. Evergreens system sucks and isn't convenient in the end.
You have to prefer online while in the store. App was hard to use and i couldn't add a drink without starting over. Don't understand why i couldn't offer at the counter
Best “fast salad” place in Seattle but the selection in Seattle isn’t great compared to other cities. Quality salads. Fresh ingredients. Fast friendly service. However, I’d hope for more selection than they have. Doesn’t hold up to the salad options in other cities. Also, a pescatarian protein would be ideal.
***No Social Equity*** Very exclusive, social segregating food joint, where you must have; 1. A credit card 2. A smart phone 3. A bank account To eat or drink at!!!! It must be nice to so socially tone deaf to presume a certain clientele, or alienate a cross section of society because they cannot obtain one of the three items above. If you care about social equitability, this is NOT the place for you. Very gentrifying location with zero regard for food issues. *Side note* the staff were very friendly and helpful, this is in no way anything against them. I'm from out of town, and was very impressed by their professionalism, even though this was a serious topic for me.
First visit. Super friendly staff, quick service, and tasty meal. Had a grain bowl and was a little disappointed by the freshness: veggies, in particular, didn’t seem very fresh. Will definitely visit again but will probably go for a salad over a grain bowl.
The online order system they force you to use is terrible, and unusable if you have a non-US credit card
Traditionally I’ve had great experiences here, but lately the attention to the salads has seemed lacking. Today my hard boiled egg still had bits of shell on it, and last Thursday I had a piece of plastic bag in my salad. Since I had so many great experiences previously I was willing to forgive one bad experience, but two in a row is off putting...
