Evergreen Grill

Everything was great -- the service, decor, and food. Our server Lilly was very attentive and bubbly. The place is quite large with cool furniture thru-out the dining area and bar. And the food was really good, right down to the vinaigrette for the side salad. Great addition to the neighborhood!!

Yum!! Highly recommend the KFC sandwich!! Very delicious with a very big side of fries!!

My wife and I recently discovered this place via an Instagram reel. We were in the midtown area today and figured we’d stop by. I got the brisket Philly and to be honest, it blew my balls off. As soon as I took one bite, the skies parted, a beam of light hit my plate while angelic sounds played, and I felt the food gods reaching down for my hand, trying to take me away. But luckily I told the food gods that I couldn’t, I had a story to finish. It felt like my taste buds were marrying each other in what was a beautiful ceremony, surrounded by loved ones. I will be yearning for this sandwich in my sleep tonight and you know what, I’m okay with that. It was that good. I wanted to fall to my knees when we left, the same feeling I had when my Pokemon cards got taken away as a kid in the 90s. Leaving felt like when I was a kid and found out Kane and Undertaker weren’t really brothers - sad, tragic, dejected. I felt all these things. But would I do it again? Absolutely. The bread pudding was great too btw. 5/5. Would go back.

We found this hidden gem thanks to an instagram reel. We went today right as they opened and were pleasantly surprised with how good everything was. My husband ordered the Brisket Philly and said he easily gives it a 9/10, saying that most brisket is tough, while this was very tender, and the sauce they add to it was perfect. I ordered their Evergreen Burger. It’s very rare that I am overly happy and enjoy a burger from a sit down restaurant, but this was exceptionally delicious. We decided on Bread Pudding as well, because why not, and that was made so well. This was a great place to eat and worth the out of our way trip!

We tried Evergreen Grill for our first time tonight, and we cannot wait to come back! We got a bunch of things, but our absolute favorites were the Evergreen Fries and the Fried Okra Salad. So so good.

We had a great dinner and will definitely be going back. The brussel sprouts had a great balance of flavors and the Korean fried chicken sandwich was delicious as well. The portions were easily large enough to make a satisfying dinner.

What a great place! We’ve loved everything we’ve ordered, on two different occasions! Our new favorite!

New restaurant in the space formerly occupied by Cafe Society. Very relaxed atmosphere with one of the most interesting menus in town. Being a Southerner, the Fried Okra Salad called out to me. We also tried the patty melt which was also tasty. Don't leave without trying the bread pudding. We will be back for more!
