The staff is amazing

I was told by a coworker two week's how good their food Is. Well my boyfriend and I decided to give them a try on Easter Sunday. We both walked in and the young man at the register greeted us. I said HI! My coworker recommended you guys I was so excited. Because the way he boasted about the food. I ordered larger ribs tips my boyfriend ordered wings 4 or 6 can't remember. Sauce on both. Well we both was surprised when we got home and saw what we had. I don't know what kind of ribs we received it was black meat full of white fat. buried under a bed of fries which soaked up the sauce they poured on top of the fries. IT was disgusting. That is not ribs. And the chicken was dry look as if it was refried. It was also presented the same way. Dry chicken buried under a bed of fries soaked up from the sauce poured on top. No sauce on the food. The young lady was very pleasant that gave us our order. One of the Cooks was scratching his head while he was preparing our food. Which I made my boyfriend aware of. I will not be ordering from them again. So much for our Easter Sunday dinner. Parking: A little over 10 parking slots.

One of the best fried chicken places in the States

This is not the Chicken Shack of old. I asked for my fish well done for two orders. Not well done. Huge cuts of fish which isn’t cooked thoroughly. They put 1/4 fries in the order. Poor customer service and food. Won’t be ordering again.

I’ve been coming to Chicken Shack for about 12 years and the quality continues to go down each time I’ve gone. I normally get wings with fries and as of lately, the wings are super tiny, salty, and old. You can tell that they’re reheating the wings because they’re not fresh. The meat is dry and dark. They give you a fair amount of unsalted fries mounted on top of the chicken to distract you from the size of the wings. Sometimes the wings are so greasy that it soaks through the box and paper bag they pack your order in. They have a small area to sit and eat but, people often opt to grab it and go because the inside looks so dated and depressing. I honestly think the food is for people who indulge in late night drinking. They have a small parking lot that you have to be careful getting in and out of. However, I think the Chicken Shack has run its course with me. I’m always disappointed with my food every time I try to give them another chance. I’ve finally decided that they can’t have anymore of my money. Parking: Parking is limited and very tight.

The food taste has changed poor quality in food. The chicken and ribs were boiled and then cooked. There must be new owners; we now there are new employees
