Etihad Airways Lounge

I had an excellent experience with their service. I received from all the staff. They are caring and welcoming. The front desk staff went over and beyond, to welcome me and the whole atmosphere was warm, homely and comfortable. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality. I really appreciate you since I am traveling alone to another country on the other side of the world! Please know that I appreciate you and will visit you again. Thanks.

It was very disappointing experience as the staff was a little stingy with items and the etihad it self booked a very bad flight without informing me! So overall 3 stars

JFK Etihad lounge closed - I did a check in at Mar 11, 2023

Checked in for business class on 11 February. Was asked to use Air India lounge saying that Etihad lounge was closed due to COVID. The Air India lounge was crowded and dirty. The Emirates lounge and other lounges were open. It is not worth flying business by Etihad if they cannot provide a decent lounge.

الصالة مغلقة !!!!!!!!!! للاسف خدمات دون المستوى لركاب درجة الصالة رجال الاعمال والدرجة الاولى. لا يليق بسمعة طيران الاتحاد ان تستخدم صالة الطيران الهندي !!!!!!

صالة طيران الاتحاد مغلقه للاسف وتم تحويلنا على صالة الطيران الهندي والقاعه صغيره جدا وموظف واحدٍ لاستقبال المسافرين والصالة لاتستوعب المسافرين والخدمة سيئة بمعنى الكلمه ولاتوجد غرفة للصلاة ولاتوجد حمامات للاستحمام والطاولات عليها مأكولات المسافرين بدون خدمة التنظيف وان شاء الله يتم تطوير الخدمات للمسافرين مع طيران الاتحاد

Won’t be flying Etihad from JFK again. Arrived at the airport, and I was directed to use the Air India lounge which was so awful it made the public spaces of the airport more appealing. Shame on you, Etihad.

Very disappointed with Etihad. Etihad’s JFK Bussiness lounge is closed. They provided a Dollar 17 Food woucher after a wait of one hour. And guess what, the restaurant in front of Etihad gate, declined to accept it. Bad Bad experience..!!
