I have been at this restaurant many times, so what really makes special every visit is when I get to try a different dish or when a great server takes care of us. Today, we had such an amazing experience with the server Daniele (Dani). He was so professional, friendly, smart with his recommendations and very attentive. Thank you! We will return soon.

Fantastic service and not over the top pricing. Really makes the center of the promenade extremely lively with the outdoor seating. With 6 people plus its smart to order some platters to share instead of individual entrees. Edit: after over a year since my review and going back every other month. I would say the food has stayed extremely consistent good and the pita and humus with the lamb platter for 58 bucks for two is out of this world. I'm telling you I've been to Athens, Santorini, etc. and this is top notch it is better than Greece dare I say. Also the Philly Steak Platter. All I could say is I wish the waiters were more consistent but high turnover is not their fault when weird parties stay for 3 hours and tip low. Its worth the wait if you want to walk around for an hour max around the promenade, put your name in and they have a fair texting waitlist they update you with a link every time you move up a spot in line go get a pair of shoes at dsw or a coffee at starbucks and boom the 45 minute wait is over 22 spots in line done. Wish the restaurant is 3 stories high and I would say if the wait is longer than 2 hours then try coopers hawk or cheese cake but the best time to go is on a Wednesday at 2pm not Saturday night and even then it is worth the wait instead of driving all the way to US1 and Dixie and A1A and you would be surprise because the people that live out on the beach are definitely making the drive to Ethos for their Greek food fix. If its raining you can forget it because I would say 60% of their seating capacity is outside. Even on a cold 52 degree night with wind it is a great choice because they have heaters for those two weeks a year they need them so its a well taken care of place with a good manager checking on each table if you got unlucky with your waiter but its rate to get unlucky with waiter here compared to other places. Enjoy the Promenade this is the best restaurant there without a doubt, beats the Chinese and Italian by far. That should be everything, Cheers ! Parking: Plan to walk 1000 feet easily. Going to have to cross some crosswalks from far away parking lots unless you got lucky 1 out of 100 chance by the coldstone along that street. Plan to park by movie theater or by the bank parking garage and walk a few blocks.

Great restaurant. The food is consistently good. The Ethos platter is a perfect way to enjoy 5+ types of Greek food (I substitute their tzadiki sauce for a serving of their incredible hummus). Enjoy!

This is definitely our favorite place!!! The service is always impeccable, and the food is delicious, our favorite ones are the zucchini croquettes and the Ethos platters, and they for sure have the best tzatziki sauce!!!!! No one can beat them with this recipe! the atmosphere is cozy. We always come here and whenever we have a chance we bring friends along. Today, we came to celebrate our 10 years together, and we were very spoiled by the team and Enzo who served us gave us an amazing suggestion about my favorite drink now, which normally is served with alcohol but it was made without for me since I don't drink alcohol, I forgot the name but it's made with cucumber and lemon juice with yuzu.
